No matter how large your archive, we will collect all of your boxes, for free, and store them on our secure premises without charge for an initial period of 12 months.

Once we have your clients’ documents, we will audit them against your firm’s database, if one exists, or create a database for you. Whatever the condition of your data, we can quickly tidy it, make sure that you are made fully aware of what we are holding on your behalf, and inform you of any database inconsistencies.

We will create a draft letter and write to all of your clients informing them that we are currently holding their documents and that we are seeking to return them.

We will manage the document return, processing both online orders and cheques. We can manage all connected telephone and email enquiries, referring only complicated matters to you. All returns will be tracked and require a signature on delivery.

We aim to return as many documents as possible to clients, to minimise your need for ongoing storage, and as quickly as possible so that you can demonstrate your proactive compliance with SRA requirements. We will provide you with regular updates and a complete record of returns and stored documents.

We can provide ongoing storage options after the initial period, including a continuation of our return service, and can release what we store back to you on request.
